My Travels---我的旅行

    I like traveling very much. I have been to many places, such as Beijing, Xi’an and Shenzhen. Last summer vacation, I took a trip to Yunnan province with four of my Junior High classmates, and I’ll never forget it.

    After flying for almost four hours, the plane landed at the Kunming Airport. Although it was summer, the weather was really cool. Immediately I learned why Kunming was called the “Spring City”.

    Kunming is a garden city with all kinds of flowers. In the afternoon, a guide took us to the famous World Horti-Expo Garden. The weather was fine, and there was no wind or clouds in the sky. But when we got there, it began to rain heavily! Only a few minutes later, the roads became rivers! What was worse, I forgot to take an umbrella with me! We all rushed into a shop at a terrible speed. Every one had become wet rats, so we had to go back to the hotel.“The weather changes so quickly!” No of us could believe our eyes.

    The next day，we visited the Stone Forest. It is truly one of the world’s wonders! I’d never seen so many big stones before, and the shapes were quite strange. At noon, we ate one of Kunming’s famous foods——“cross-bridge” rice noodles.

    With mountains and rivers around, Yunnan is surrounded by beautiful scenery. I think the people’s singing and dancing and the beautiful scenery there will remind me of my trip forever.

我很喜欢旅游。以前也去过许多地方，像北京、西安、深圳。上个暑假，我同四个初中同学进行了一次令人难忘的云南之旅。

经历了大约4小时的飞行，飞机降落在了昆明机场。尽管是夏天，可天气十分清爽，我突然明白为什么昆明被称为“春城”。

昆明是一座漂亮的花园城市。下午，导游带领我们游览了著名的世博园。起初，天气晴朗，万里无云。可当我们到达那里的时候，却突然下起了倾盆大雨！仅仅几分钟时间，道路就变成了小河。更糟糕的是，我忘记了带雨伞！无奈，每个人都以惊人的速度冲向小商店避雨。大家都成了落汤鸡，只好回到了宾馆。“天气变化太快了！”我们都无法相信自己的眼睛。

第二天，我们来到石林。这的确是世界上的一个奇迹！我从未见过这么庞大而又形态迥异的石头。中午，我们品尝了云南的名吃之一----过桥米线。

在山川的簇拥下，云南沉睡在美丽风景的怀抱中。我想，动人的景色以及云南人民的歌声与舞蹈，会使这段旅途经历永远镶嵌在我记忆的画屏中的。
