Chatting: who says it hard?--- 聊天：谁说难于上青天？

Many of my friends have asked me, why I can chat with others so easily. ?Focus on them and we can improve our communicating skills.
Step No.1: To find a topic
Similarities between two people enable them to get along. Sports, music, movies, travel, etc. --just chat about something light and relaxing.
Step No.2. To listen
Listening plays an important role in communicating. When opinions fail to agree, we often impose our thoughts on others, instead of listening to others’ ideas with an open mind.
Step No.3: To think and say
Anything that is clear inside your mind you can communicate within approximately 20 words. If not, it is only because you have not thought about it thoroughly. In conversation, however right you are, it may be less important than whether the other person understands your message or not.
许多朋友问我，为什么我可以很容易的与他人交谈。聚焦细节，我们的交谈技能将会有所提高。
1.寻找话题
两个人的相同之处使他们能够相处。运动，音乐，电影，旅行等等——聊些轻松的话题。
2.倾听
在交谈过程中，倾听扮演重要的角色。当意见相左时，我们常常将想法强加于他人而非用心倾听。
3.思考与表达
任何内心清楚的事，总可以用约20个字说出来。若不可以，只是未曾透彻思考而已。你说得多对没有用，对方听得明白才重要。
