MyDream (我的梦想)

Everyone has his or her own dream. Dreams are glorious. For example, some want to be rich, some want to be actors, and some want to be famous. But I think most of these dreams are just fantasies. A dream of mine has become very important to me------I want to go to No. 2 High School.

Since I was a little girl, I’ve studied very hard. I have read lots of books. Whenever I meet a student in No. 2 High School, I always try to speak with him or her because I want to know how those students study so well. On a recent exam I ranked 5th in my grade. I’m very happy, but I am not arrogant or satisfied. I know I should study harder than before. I want to achieve the highest score in my grade.

I often encourage myself by remembering my worst grade. When I was a new student in middle school, I got a very bad score on an exam. I was 52nd in my grade. I thought my dream was lost, and that I couldn’t go to No. 2 High School. But my teacher said to me, “ Don’t be discouraged. Your future is in your hands.” “Yes, the future is in my hands”, I thought. I studied harder and harder. Finally, I got good grades.

Going to No. 2 High School is my dream, my target. I will make great efforts to achieve my goal. I always study very late and do a lot of exercise, but never feel tired.

I believe that I can achieve my dream. I always say to myself that the future is in my hands.

Last night, I had a dream. I dreamed that I went to No. 2 High School.
