Making English Pancakes-- 制作英国烤饼

Hello, everybody. My name is Pan Jiayi, and you can call me Sally in English. Last year I met an English friend whose name is Daniel. One day he invited my family to attend his party. At this party, I learned how to make English pancakes. I like English pancakes very much. Now, I will tell you how to make them.

First, you should prepare a quarter of a cup of milk, one egg and half a cup of flour. Next, put the milk, egg and flour into a bowl. Mix them until they become a mushy batter. Put a little food oil into a pan, heat up the oil, and put a small amount (half a cup) of the batter into the pan when the oil becomes hot. You should turn the cake over when it becomes golden on both sides. and then take it out of the pan after a while. And now you can enjoy English pancakes.

If you would like to have English pancakes, you can try to make them yourself. I think you will like them very much.
