Hello, everybody! Let me introduce you to a girl who looks like a naughty boy and who likes playing volleyball very much. Every time she watches volleyball matches on TV, she wishes she could take part.

One day while she was having P.E. class at school, the school coach happened to be choosing new players for the school team. It was a good opportunity for her and she tried her best. However, in the end, she failed. But in continuing to talk to the coach, she finally moved him with her sincerity, and he accepted her as a temporary player. She was very glad. After joining the team, she trained very hard every day, because she wanted to realize her dream.

Two years later, she and her team took part in a match for the first time. Although she and her team all tried their best, they were defeated in the end because of a lack of experience. Of course, they felt a little sad, but it was only a very small setback. All in all, this was the first step towards success.

From then on, she trained and drilled much harder, and made great progress with her skills. Not much later she became a formal player, and soon she was appointed head of the team. Under her leadership and through all the players’ efforts, her team won matches time and time again. That is the truth: Success is based on perseverance.

大家好！有这样一个女孩子，外表看起来，像个有点淘气的小男孩。她非常喜欢排球。每次看到电视中有排球比赛的时候，她总是会想，哪天自己也能上场参加比赛呢？

有一天，她正在上体育课，恰巧，学校的排球教练员正在挑选新球员。她想这是一个实现梦想的绝好机会，她尽了最大的努力，可是起初没有被选上。但她不气馁，三番五次向教练恳求，她的真诚打动了教练。最后，她虽然以一个临时队员的名义加入了球队，但她还是非常的兴奋。进入球队后，她每天都刻苦的训练，因为她要通过自己的努力，实现她的梦想。

经过两年的训练，她迎来了她的第一场比赛。尽管她和她的球队尽了最大的努力，但是由于缺乏经验，最终还是输掉了比赛。当然，她们会有些伤心，但她想：这只不过是一次小的挫折，毕竟，她已经开始迈出成功之路的第一步了。

从此以后，她更加刻苦的训练。功夫不负有心人，她的球技飞速提高，很快就成为正式队员，不久还被任命为球队队长。在她的带领下，经过全体队员的共同努力，她们取得了一场又一场胜利，获得了一次又一次成功。实践证明：成功来之于不懈的努力。
