No pain, no gain---不努力就没有收获

Hello! My name is WangshaoXin, I’m from Daxue Road Primary School. I have many interests and hobbies. Among them, Skating is my favorite. It needs courage and confidence. How to skate impressed me deeply. It teaches a lesson: You should make every effort to gain success.
It was a Sunday. My father and I were going to the stadium. We were going to learn skating. There were many children there. They were skating.? They flew here and there like birds. I thought skating must be very easy and interesting.
I put on the skates. I was very afraid, because I couldn’t stand still. So I had to learn the first step, how to stand steadily. When I could stand by myself, I felt better. However, when I tried to move a little, I fell to the ground again and again, I was black and blue.
My father came and helped me to skate. I practiced again and again. At first, I could only skate holding my father’s hand. So many times, when I couldn’t control my body and fell over, my father fell down , too! But my father still taught me patiently. I watched carefully and remembered every detail. Hour by hour I could skate slowly by my self. Of course, I couldn’t skate quickly.
On my way home, I thought I must work hard if I want to learn something. Although my whole body hurt for about two weeks, I can skate very well now. After all, no pain, no gain.

我爱好广泛，特别喜欢滑冰。它需要勇气和信心。学习怎样滑冰，给我留下了深刻印象。 它教给我一个道理：应该尽一切努力，才能取得成功。
一个星期天，我和爸爸打算去体育馆学滑冰。体育馆里有许多小孩在滑冰。他们象小鸟一样飞来飞去 。我想滑冰一定非常容易而且有趣。
我穿上滑冰鞋时很害怕，我都不能站直，因此，我不得不学习第一步：怎样站稳。当我能自己站稳的时候，就感到好点了。然而，当我要试着动一下时，我一次次摔倒在地上，浑身摔得青一块，紫一块。
于是爸爸来这儿帮我学滑冰。我练了一次又一次。开始，我只能让爸爸领着手滑，因此，有好多次，当我控制不好身体并且跌倒时，爸爸也倒了。但爸爸仍然耐心教我。我仔细观察并且记住每个细节。一个又一个小时过去了，我能够慢慢地自己滑了，当然仍然不能滑得很快。
在回家的路上，我心想：如果想学什么就一定要下功夫。虽然我全身疼了约两周，但我现在能滑得很好。毕竟，不努力，就没有收获。
