I Like Reading—我爱读书

When I read a book that interests me, all of my sadness, anxiety or anger disappears. Sometimes I am reading so attentively that I forget what time it is, and where I am.

The feeling I get when reading is so wonderful that I cannot even find words to express it. When I am reading, my mind passes through several centuries as if I were exchanging ideas with our ancestors. I could fly into outer space and talk to the unknown creatures. In the fantasy kingdom the author creates, my mind need not be restricted. I can wander the wonderful world.

I enjoy reading a biography because I can know how famous people struggle to realize their goals. At the same time, I am fond of fairy tales, which make me pleased and think a lot. And I am also interested in reading history books. Since only when you know the past can you understand the present and the future. I like reading English novels most. However, my knowledge of English is not good enough. So I will grasp every opportunity to enhance my English level.

In a word, reading enriches my life as well as my perspective. I like reading.

当我读起一本自己感兴趣的书时，所有的伤心、忧虑和烦恼都会烟消云散。有时候，我读的是那么投入，以致于都忘记了时间，忘记了自己在哪。

读书的感觉真的是很奇妙，我实在是找不出合适的字眼来形容它。在阅读中，我的思绪可以跨越几个世纪去与古人交流思想；我可以飞向外太空去与不知名的生物对话。在作者创造的王国里，我的思绪不必再受束缚，我可以自由自在的神游于兹。

我爱读传记, 因为我可以从中了解到名人的奋斗史；我也爱读童话，它使我浮想联翩，快乐愉悦；我还爱读史书，因为只有明了过去，才能洞察现在和未来。

我最喜欢读英文小说了，但是我的英语水平有限。所以我会抓住每一个提高英文水平的机会的。

总之，读书丰富了我的生活和视野。我喜欢读书。
