My violins, my music—我的小提琴，我的音乐
I owned a violin when I was 6 years old. Its color is dark red. It’s small and lovely. I took it for a marvelous toy. The first musical composition I played by myself was “ The Dragon’s Descendant”. From that time on, my violin has become my best friend. It opened doors for me and let me walk into the music palace.
I owned a second violin when I was a student in grade two. In my spare time, playing the violin has been my most joyful thing I have ever done. I’ve been in high spirits to pick the violin. The wonderful music flew through the strings and my fingers. The whole room was full of beautiful melodies—music of Hermann, Mozart, Bach, Mendelssohn…, it seemed as if ?I went into a musical world , a beautiful garden, a clear stream, the magnificent palace, depressed mountains, mournful destiny… , I was totally intoxicated with my music .
But at the time when I owned the third violin, I was terribly bored with it. I simply followed my teacher’s instructions and was reluctant to pass the most advanced level violin exam –-the Band Ten Examination. I practiced the same pieces of music every single day again and again. Besides I had to recite a large amount of scores. Gradually, I found the music wasn’t beautiful any more and every note became boring. Fortunately, I was awarded the certificate for my excellent performance, but I didn’t want to touch the violin any more.
Having said farewell to my playmates in the primary school, I attended the middle school. Sometimes I miss them so much that I fall into a melancholy mood. Whenever I fell sad, I can’t help picking up my violin, which is lying in the corner once again, playing the familiar pieces of Mozart. Music comes back into my life again and brings with it a beautiful life!
Mozart’s life was short, but his music brings him back to life. It is music that makes life so beautiful and the world so wonderful! Music is great!
六岁时，我得到了一把小提琴。深红色的，小巧又可爱。我把它当成一个神奇的玩具，用它演奏出的第一首乐曲是《龙的传人》。从此，它成了我的伙伴，为我打开音乐之门，伴我步入音乐殿堂。
当我得到第二把小提琴时，已是二年级的学生了。功课之余，演奏小提琴是我最大的乐趣。我情绪高昂地演奏，美妙的音乐从琴弦上、指尖中流出，充满整个房间，霍曼、莫扎特、巴赫、门德尔松….。伴随着音乐，我进入了一个美妙的世界：美丽的花园，清澈的小溪；富丽的宫廷，华丽的舞会；阴郁的山峦，悲苍的命运……。这是个令我陶醉的世界。
有一时期，我厌倦小提琴的演奏。那是在我得到第三把小提琴时，我只是听从老师的旨意，要考取小提琴的最高级-----10级。我每日反复练习同几首曲目，除此之外，还要背大量的乐谱….，美妙的音乐不再回旋在我的房间，伴随我的只有枯燥的音符。当我终于拿到10级证书时，我再也不愿动一下小提琴。
步入初中，离开了小学的同学和朋友，心情沮丧。情不自禁地拿起了墙角的小提琴，演奏起熟悉的莫扎特协奏曲，陶醉其中，音乐又回到了我的身边，美好又回到了我的身边。莫扎特的生命是短暂的。但是，他创作的音乐让他的生命延续至今。音乐让生活和谐美好，让世界精彩纷呈。音乐万岁！
