Good morning, my dear teachers and classmates. My name is Zhang Peilin. I am twelve years old. I come from Qingdao, a very beautiful coastal city. I study at Shinan Experimental Primary School and I am in Grade five. I am very glad to be here for introducing our hometown—Qingdao.

Qingdao faces the Yellow Sea and it is neither too hot nor too cold. In spring, it is warm, sunny and windy. The flowers come out and the trees become green. It is windy enough that I can fly kites! In summer, it is sunny and hot. I like summer best because I like swimming in the sea. There are also many fruits to eat in summer, such as Beizhai Cherries; In autumn, it is always windy and cool. The leaves turn yellow, but the sea becomes more blue! In winter, it is windy and cold. Sometimes, it snows and then I can make a snowman.

Qingdao has many special and famous products, such as Tsingtao Beer, Haier Products, Hisense Products, Double-star Sneakers etc..

In 2008,as one component of the Olympic Games, the sailing competition will be held in Qingdao. At that time, the people of Qingdao will continue to present a new city to the world. It will become more and more beautiful.

Qingdao is a very charming city. I like my hometown.

各位老师、同学们，早上好。我叫张沛霖，今年12岁，来自青岛。青岛是一个美丽的城市。我在青岛市市南区实验小学五年级学习。我很高兴在这里介绍我们的家乡。

青岛面向黄海，气候适宜。

在春天，这里温暖而且风和日丽，鲜花开放，树也变绿了，那时我就能去放风筝了；在夏天，这里阳光充足而且有点热。我最喜欢夏天了因为我可以去洗海水澡。夏季里还有许多好吃的水果，如北宅的樱桃；在秋天，这里时常是凉爽的。那时树叶黄了，但海水变得越来越蓝了；在冬天，这里就冷了。有时会下雪，那时我就可以堆雪人了。

青岛有许多知名品牌，如青岛啤酒、海尔产品，海信系列、双星胶靴等等。

在2008年，作为奥林匹克合作伙伴，青岛将举办帆船比赛。到那时，青岛人民将会为世界展现一个全新的青岛，青岛也将变得越来越美丽。

青岛是一个迷人的城市。我爱我的家乡。
