Glimpse of Scotland - 苏格兰小记

I have been to Scotland, which is a beautiful country. The view of the countryside there looks much nicer. Looking forward, there were a great many black-faced sheep chewing grass quietly on the green-colored mountains. The clouds there were fairly white and light floating slothfully in the sky. Occasionally, some clouds turned grey and heavy, and there were a few raindrops soon afterwards. However, usually it did not last long, after a while, it would stop raining. As I looked around, I was so surprised to find that it seemed as if nothing had happened. For, as I looked up at the sky once again, the clouds were still white and light.

I used to live in Oban, a lovely small town on the west coast of Scotland, which is a heaven to many different kinds of birds. Every morning, when I went outdoors, to take deep breaths of fresh air, I would see birds flying overhead in the blue sky. Every time I saw them, I would get a strong feeling that I would like to be a bird, flying together with them. Towards evening, the sun would turn red and the clouds near the sun turned pink. Birds were playing together on the water. They might even have been saying something interesting to one another. Later, after sunsets, it grew darker and darker, as night came.

我曾去过苏格兰，那是个美丽的国度。那里乡村的景色更加美丽。放眼望去，在那绿色的山丘上有许多黑脸的绵羊。他们正在惬意的吃草。那里的云朵洁白，轻盈, 慵懒地飘在空中。
有时云彩变得黯淡，就会有小雨滴落下来。雨不会下很久，通常在几秒钟之后就会立即停下来。四处环视，会惊奇地发现好像什么都没有发生。因为当我再次仰望天空时，云彩依然洁白，轻盈。

我住在欧本，英国海边的一个小城镇。那里也是鸟类的天堂。每天清晨，当我来到户外呼吸新鲜空气时，会发现鸟儿掠过头顶在天空中自由的飞翔。每当看到它们，也会想变成一只鸟，同它们一起飞翔。将近傍晚, 太阳变红了，附近的云也变成了粉色。鸟儿们都在水面上嬉戏。它们或许还在相互谈论些什么有趣的事吧。很快，太阳落山，天空越来越暗，夜来了。
