Hello everyone!
My name is Liu Xinwei. I'm 7 years old. My English name is Shervey.
Every Sunday, I learn English at Leewen Foreign Language School.
My English teacher is Rebecca. She is from England, and she is
very beautiful, I like her very much. And I like English too.
My dream is to be a translator. What I really want is to volunteer
to help all the visiting children from around the world. Who will
come to Qingdao to see our spectacular Olympic sailing events!
I will be thirteen then! I believe, with the help of my teacher
Rebecca and Leewen School, I will realize my dream. Until the,
I'll practice by the trying to translate the cartoons I love like
“Winnie the Pooh” and “Tom and Jerry”! I think they're so funny!
As well as an enthusiastic
student, I'm also a great animal lover. I especially have a soft
spot for dogs, penguins, dolphins, cats, koalas, bear cubs, birds,
whales, and so many more I couldn't possible list them all here!
I'll tell you a
little secret, I like music very much, I like to play the piano,
and I'm learning piano now. I started learning how to play the
piano when I was four years old. I play everyday. But I also have
other musical pursuits. I love to dance! I have been going to
traditional Chinese dance classes for two months. Now I'll sing
an English song for you, “The Little Star”, have you have you
heard? I hope you like it.

大家好，我叫刘馨蔚，今年7岁了。我的英文名字叫Shervey。每个星期天，我都在利文外语学校学习英语。我的英语老师Rebecca来自英国，她很漂亮，我很喜欢她，同样我也喜欢我的学校——利文。我的梦想是成为一个出色的翻译。我希望：在2008年奥运会我13岁的时候，能够作为一名志愿者，帮助来自全世界来青岛观看帆船比赛的小朋友们。我相信，在Rebecca老师和利文学校的帮助下，我的梦想肯定会实现的。那时候，我就能够翻译我最喜欢的卡通片“维尼小熊”和“猫和老鼠”，那一定很有意思。
就像许多热情的小朋友一样，我也非常喜欢小动物。我特别喜欢小狗、企鹅、海豚、考拉、小猫、小熊、小鸟和鲸鱼，还有好多好多都数不过来了。
告诉你一个小秘密，我非常喜欢音乐，喜欢弹钢琴。我从六岁的时候就开始学钢琴了，我现在每天都在努力练习呢。在音乐方面，我还有其他的特长，我喜欢跳舞！这两个月以来我一直在参加民族舞的培训班。现在我给大家唱首英文歌“小星星”，你们听过吗？希望大家能够喜欢！
