Say Goodbye to Impossibility

Hello, everybody. My name is Liu Shaolong. My English name is Addy. I'm sixteen years old.

“Say goodbye to impossibility” is the motto I believe in. Whenever I encounter difficulties in my study, I will overcome them with my diligence and hardwork. Nothing is impossible if you have the willingness and confidence to face up to the difficulties.

I can still recall the days when I first began to learn calligraphy. At that time, I was a child in Grade One at Primary School. I was naughty and just liked playing. Though I didn't enjoy practicing calligraphy, I still pushed myself to do it for several hours a day. I didn't want people to look down on me. I wanted to win respect from my parents and friends through hard work. With the progress I made in calligraphy, I also experienced a change in my character. I became more patient and gentle. After years of practicing and sweating, I began to develop a good reputation in the calligraphy circle. I have won many awards in calligraphy competitions. The teachers and my parents spoke highly of me and my friends and classmates admired me for my good calligraphy.

Trust yourself, because confidence brings success. I hope every one can say, “Goodbye, impossibility!” loudly and go after your dreams with a strong will to make your life more meaningful.
